In 1953, Arnold Schlossberg and Associates organized and became Administrator, Consultant, and Legal Counsel for a Health and Welfare Plan under the Taft-Hartley Act. In the following years, Mr. Schlossberg acted in the same capacity for a number of Health and Welfare, Pension, and other Employee Benefit Plans in the States of Virginia, North Carolina, and West Virginia. In 1977, Mr. Schlossberg retired, and Lawrence C. Musgrove purchased his business in its entirety. Since 1977, Mr. Musgrove has expanded and enlarged the services provided.
